  • “Met a business associate for drinks and dinner this week at Spasso. Staff were friendly and very prompt. Sat inside as it was a bit windy, but still had a nice view of Victoria Harbour and HK Island. We had the Beef Carpaccio and the Caprese salad, both were good, then for the main course, we both selected the Sardinian Sea Bass. Shortly after we order the waitress came by and asked if we wanted to share the entire fish, which we agreed too. She brought the fish table side and fillet the fish.
