Originally from Italy, Curzio Coculo has over ten years of experience in hospitality industry, including Italy, Australia and Hong Kong.
At age 19, Curzio has already become a maître di sala in a famous restaurant with 250 seats in Rome Italy, named Ristorante Il Federale. Here, he had the opportunity to lead a team and practise his own supervisory skills.
In 2012, he worked for Renzo’s Bar Café Italiano in Melbourne Australia as an assistant manager which led him into another level of managerial experience.
With an eye for detail and an ear for listening to guests’ needs, Curzio is able to find the balance necessary for effective communication between guests and the operation team, which can help the restaurant run smoothly and successfully.
