Giacomo is the Managing Director and one of the founders of DiVino Group.
He is a seasoned food and beverage professional and has worked in many leading hotels and top Italian restaurants
around the world, including Shangri-La’s Angelini and Zanotti in Bangkok, before he realized his ambition to open
his own restaurant with his partners.
Many food aficionados will know him formerly from his involvement in the popular Va Bene Italian Restaurant in
Lan Kwai Fong – one of Hong Kong’s first independent dining establishments.
Born and raised in Italy, Giacomo is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
He holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the Pyramid Institute, Turin, Italy
