Featuring the cuisine of corporate chef Michele Senigaglia, Spasso’s menu focuses on genuine Italian classics and also puts the spotlight on chef-driven dishes that are created daily, using fresh and quality ingredients and traditional methods.
Chef Michele prepares the classics with basic but authentic ingredients, most imported from Italy.
Pizzas, are hand-tossed by Spasso’s resident “pizzaiolo” and baked at high temperature in the open-flamed Stonewood® oven.
Every Monday to Saturday, guests can also enjoy a semi-buffet lunch menu with a selection of main courses while Sundays and public holidays showcase an Italian gourmet brunch that combines the best of Italian and international flavours.
Spasso’s carefully curated wine list comprises over 100 wines, including wines from both the old and new world with 33 selections available by the glass. On the cocktail menu, signature cocktails include Kaffir Martini; Spice on Ice with house-infused peppercorn vodka; Spasso Chocolate Cardamom Martini; with house-infused vanilla vodka and more.
